Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hong Kong Xianxian Trading Co., Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and custom-made reasons, some personalized or altered qipao items are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned product is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.
